FIRST CLAIM FOR BUILDING, EXCELLENT SERVICE

We recently purchased a house and going into 6 months we started seeing leaking in our garage when it rained, I decided to call Outsurance spoke to a very friendly and helpful gentlemen called Mosa Tau to see if they can assist to have a look and see if I can claim. They appointed Bathi Mbolambi to come and take a look. When Bathi got to my house he checked everything with me, asked me questions then said it looks like wear and tear, normally in an instance like this insurance companies won't cover but Outsurance recognizes that clients don't get to check their roofs to see for wear and tear that they will pay the claim and then just put an endor*****t on the claim to say if my roof is leaking due to wear and tear they will not cover it again. I was so extremely happy with the excellent service and since I was paid out I managed to afford to have all my roof *****s replaced and now no more leaks :) Will definitely recommend Outsurance :) thanks for the awesome service guys
