First bad experience with Outsurance in 17 years.

I noticed this morning that my Outsurance Insurance premuims was increased by an astronomical 19% in 2024. I did phone Customer Services just to be told that my risk profile, (3x claims in 17 years, which consists of 1x failed hijacking attempt and car lock set was claimed (2008), 1x housebreak where door locks and some small electrical appliances was claimed (2020) ( and 1x electrical supply problem from municipality where some small electrical appliances was claimed (2017).) I received my 3 yearly no claim bonus in November 2023. Clearly this is now all about profit by Outsurance only, even after their good financial results in 2023, I am still waiting for their call to explain a 19% yearly premuim increase to a 17 year loyal customer.
