Fine Print UNPACKED!!!

I received a call from Mishak to initially want to know why I was unhappy with their quote. As I explained the premium I currently have, he quickly asked me to open the current policy and that I should read it to him.Where he realised were I did not have full comprehension of what I was reading, he simplified it and gave me real life examples that helped ease my concern right from the beginning. In the end, it might have been a pretty good deal what I had but it would have definitely landed me in extremely hot water should the unplanned happen - accident or theft! He really went the extra mile when he didnt have to...To him it might have been doing his job to secure a client...to me it was quiet an eye opener and possibly saved from a lot of stress! CHEAP DOES NOT ALWAYS COME WITH QUALITY INDEED...Thank you Mishak!
