Financial leech!

When we bought our house we got insurance from Outsurance, to make sure everything is in order, I got a few quotes and eventually switched to a new insurance company.<br> <br> All was well, there was no problem, but since I cancelled they have happily still deducted their monthly premium.<br> <br> Come on guys, I know this is Africa, but where are you ethics?
