I locked my keys in my car, and called Outsurance for assistance. They offered to send someone to wait with me for the locksmith, but since I was at a friend's house, I had no need for this. But Regae checked up on me every 10 minutes or so to make sure I was OK and keep me up to date with the progress of the locksmith, who was stuck in traffic.
