Feeling Positive about Outsurance thanks to Carmen

On behalf of my parents and myself I would like to commend Carmen Katts and thank her for her kindness and great service she delivered. She explained everything as a child would understand it and her professionalism was surpassing. She also answered any and every question we had or thought of and was very clear. It is a total different feeling than that of my parents 1st encounter with OutSurance and honestly, I have been encouraging my parents to leave Out and go elsewhere and I was going too as well as so my sister and her parents in law but after tthis experience, I am feeling different and much better towards Outsurance.<br> <br> Thank you Carmen Katts.
