<p>we ve submitted our claim after a very bad break in. I am however feeling as if i am the offender. I unfortuanately do not have the receipts of the items ******. However we were asked to submit drawings of items. Descriptions of items. Etc...</p> <p>meanwhile the most important thing the door and window are still not replaced or repaired...</p> <p>cant sleep properly since im now the watched lady at night.</p> <p>every time they request descriptions it brings such anget</p>
