I would just like to highlight the excellent service and professionalism I received from Natalie Hendricks during my recent claim. She was a star, and provided clear concise feedback. I received daily updates from her, even if there was no new info to share. All issues and feedback I provided were dealt with and she always remained friendly and helpful. I have been dealing with consultants in Discovery for the past few weeks, and Natalie is definitely heads and shoulders above her colleagues with regards to customer service.
