Feedback is non existent

<p>One of your clients reversed into me, and i filed a 3rd party claim with Outsurance, i know it takes 4-6 weeks, but there is no feedback from your people! </p> <p>14 December 2016 First Contact made.</p> <p>Then docs sent through 15 December 2016 to Jean.</p> <p>Follow up emails that went unanswered:: 23 December 2016 and 29 December 2016.</p> <p>Pathetic service. </p>
