FED UP WITH NO SERVICE DELIVERY!!

6 WEEKS GONE AND STILL WAITING! I have been trying to retrieve my initial call from when I first took out my public liability insurance back in 2018. I believe I was inadequately covered by the consultant who was assisting me when I initially took out the cover after providing details of the nature of my business.

I have been dealing with Nevasen as my assigned consultant. Interesting how he has managed to find other calls dating back to that time besides the particular one in question. I constantly need to follow up to see what's going on. Your concerns are clearly not that important here.
