Fastest service ever

<p>On the 23rd of August 2016 my husband was in an accident with his Audi A4. The audi slammed into my Nissan NP200. So we have damage on two of our vehicles. We phoned the call centre and within minutes a claim was registered and our towing approved. The following day a investigator by the name of Kithesh from outsurance came to see us and look at the accident scene. He was very helpfull and explained to us how the prosedure is going to work on the repairs on both of our vehicles. On the 26th we received an sms stating that the repairs on the Audi has been approved and that Hugo's is going to do the repairs. </p> <p> </p> <p>We just want to thank all the staff involved in making our claim pain and stress free. It wa a pleasure dealing with them so far.</p>
