Fast, Efficient, and with great Attitude

Gao Lehobye was fantastic with great knowledge of the product and truly a lovely attitude. I had to update my details and she managed to get me a far ***** price on my content premium and we added extra cover, which was still lower than my premium. She made great jokes and gave me a truly pleasant experience. It's always difficult having to deal with someone over the phone, and especially anything personal or business related, but Gao was extremely professional and set the call up with great expectation. She truly delivered and her service and kept me up to date with what was coming next every second.
