Fast and Efficient

<p>I called in to outsurance life department yesterday morning and spoken to a lady by the name of Nikita Chetty regarding life cover for my mum. Nikita spoke to me in a polite and friendly manner she understood my needs and wants regarding what I would for my mum.</p> <p> </p> <p>She called my mum and spoke to her and explained all the information regarding the life policy. My mum is from the "Old School" and was relucant to take the policy. But Nikita made her feel relaxed and stop to explain what the product is all about. Nikita then called me to let me know that she did call my mum and explained all the information to her.</p> <p> </p> <p>I then called my mum and asked if she understood what Nikita explained to her and she was very impressed and seriously understood everything that Nikita explained to her.</p> <p> </p> <p>Long story short, I ended up taking out the Life Policy with Outsurance.</p> <p> </p> <p>Well done Nikita Chetty, excellent customer servie :-)</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
