I phone outsurance explaining I wanted to change my home insurance and was going to get another quote from other insurance companies as I felt my annual premium was too high. Petrus Hlongwane was wonderful and explained the benefits of why annual premium. Thereafter he spoke to his supervisor and they reduced my annual premium and further more giving me a refund which will be paid into my account. Petrus Hlongwane was very pleasant and extremely helpful. Today Outsurance put a smile on my face.
