I contacted Outsurance to find out if my car would be covered by my insurance whilst in transit from Gauteng to Cape Town. Zuza was the lady who helped me. She was a breath of fresh air - friendly, well-spoken, knowledgeable, helpful and extremely polite. What a pleasure to deal with someone like Zuza.
