He explained the quotation for vehicle and home content insurance to me clearly and in normal speech, whilst still being professional. I did not feel as if I was talking to a consultant, more like I was talking an old friend. On top of it all, he assisted me in Afrikaans which made it even easier for me to understand the terms and conditions of my new cover.
