Fantastic service received

I had to rush my pet to the vet and had to pay a large amount for his treatment. I wasn't even sure if I could claim this back from my OUTsurance Pet Insurance but went onto my app (this was late in the evening just before the Easter weekend) and successfully submitted my claim. Early the next morning I received a call from Palesa Lejwane saying all was in order and that I should just submit all the relevant documents and that she would process it all. Once submitted, Palesa called me to let me know I would be receiving my payout (less my excess) within 2 to 3 days. I look forward to receiving my payout in the next day or 2. Thank you :)
