Fantastic service made my pet insurance worthwhile

Having to deal with a sudden, unforeseen pet injury is stressful enough, but thankfully, lodging my claim with Outsurance-Dotsure was anything but. The service and assistance I received from Mellissa (Lamb) was exemplary, professional and so helpful. She removed all the stress and concern I felt about my dog's vet visit and the resulting cost, and took care of all the admin needed. It made me very glad and relieved that I had kept my pet insurance, despite the difficult economic times, and affirmed the value of having my dogs covered, when the response and service level is this terrific.
