Fantastic service just the way I got used to!

I received my rerate notification and was very upset. Got a call from Life department the same morning and complained about my car rerate notification. Zim Sundu called me back promptly and dealt very quickly and efficiently with my objections to my rerate for my policy renewal. It seems my last claim was misunderstood and not as big as it was evaluated to be initially. Throughout Zim Sundu was friendly, re-assuring and sorted out my request in record time. I am SO happy I don't need to go look for another insurer. I would be sad to leave Outsurance who has only ever given me outstanding service!! Thank you Outsurance and thank YOU Zim Sundu!
