Fantastic service from Outsurance Claims Dept!
A fantastic experience about settling a cell phone claim from Iris Behariral. Iris understood the urgency of my damaged cell phone and phoned me 3 times to give me updates - the phone was collected on Monday, 20 Jan and the claim was settled 22 Jan 2025. She even phoned me at 18h42 on Monday to give me an update as to what happens next! Well done to her personalised and professional, prompt service!!!
