Fantastic Service from new customer

My wall fell on Sunday. I logged the claim on Monday. Outsurance immediately responded with Emergency Assist to clear my driveway the same morning to move the rubble. The next day an assessor came around and on Wednesday morning money was deposited into my account so I can get a contractor to fix the damage. I am seriously impressed with Outsurance. I received constant follow ups, very polite agents and Outsurance kept me up to speed with the progress of my claim right through. My previous insurer made me wait 8 weeks to process my claim. I am stupendously impressed with the service I received and would definitely recommend this company. It all starts with Outsurance being the only insurance company who sponsors pointsmen to direct traffic for us, to Outsurance being there for me during storm damage. If you are not with Outsurance, you are not getting the best service. A big thank you for the awesome service by your company, the staff and management.
