Fantastic service, as predicted!

Last year I bought a new car and since a competitor gave me a similar rate to insure the car, I decided to split my risk, and have the new car insured by the competitor. earlier this week the competitor raised my premium by almost R400 per month, even though I had no claim in the year. I called Outsurance with my tail between my legs and they insured my car for the same price as what they quoted me last year. Winners all of them. But I must say Shireen Botha was so helpful, friendly and understanding. I don't know why I ever looked at their competition.
