Fantastic Service & A big hearty laugh

<p>I was assisted by Awona Ngcelwane from the sales department. He was clear, patient and very personable. The best part was his bubbly personality, he's like one of those friends who is always happy no matter what, he is just stellar. I think he absolutely embodies what Outsurance is about because he explained technical aspects of the policy in the simplest way.
