I phoned to query my premium as I was quoted by A&G at a lower rate. Jannie explained the differences to my policy and the quotation. His attitude was excellent. He was well informed and offered me all the information I required as well as improved cover at no change to my premium. Dealing with Outsurance has always been an absolute pleasure whether it be for claims, policy updates or queries. It is a breath of fresh air.
