Fantastic service

I was sent to an Outsurance assessment centre for damage done to my vehicle, had the pleasure of meeting Sam Leslie who was outstanding, professional, compassionate, and at the same time being extremely efficient. He just made my devastating experience (the accident) a whole lot easier to deal with.
