Fantastic Friday

<p>I had to change vehicles on our policy and I had the best experience with Phumzile.</p> <p>The changing of vehicles was done effficiently and effectively, and it really only took like 8 min. Her s**** and professionality made it a pleasurable experience.</p> <p>She was able to update information and give me all the relevant detail that was necessary.</p> <p>It made my friday fantastic.</p>
