Fantastic experience all round

I don’t give out compliments like this lightly, but I must say that my dealings with Outsurance in the last week had been nothing but seamless and such a pleasure. Claim ********** 31, Advisor Debbie Mashiyane, was amazing in the way that she dealt with my claim and the communication was amazing to say the least. She phoned and checked with me three times in the time that I waited for a tow truck which arrived in less time than quoted (38 minutes). The way she communicated and the way she conducted herself was fantastic. When the tow truck company arrived they were super organised and Neville who helped me put my car on the flatbed was super friendly . It was such a seamless experience I was super chuffed. Then this week start of a New week on my way to work 4 robots out and no traffic thanks to your Outsurance Pointsman. Well done for enriching my life over the last two weeks!
