Fantastic and friendly service

Carla has now several times helped me out in changing my policy since I was travelling for a few months, and now that I'm back again. Not only was the response time really fast (I'm talking about less than five minutes from when I sent her an email to when she called me back). The whole matter got handled in less than five minutes as well with no hassles or difficulties. I honestly wish all people could be as friendly and efficient. It might sound like a cliche, but I genuinely felt like I got special attention.
