Falsely Listed Account

I have recently checked my credit profile and it shows SIAS Administration - Outsurance. If further lists that i am listed because i owe Outsurance money. his is very confusing as i do not have an Outsurance account anymore (Cancelled). Is=t is very very frustrating as it negatively affects my credit report.
