Falsely Accused

If I get told once more by your call centre that I am accused of ***** I will be opening a case of defamation against outsurance. For some reason your agents keep telling me I can’t be offered a quote because of *****. They mention a DR VAN DER WESTHUIZEN whom I have never heard of in my life! I get promised that this will be sorted and then nothing comes of it. You keep claiming this is not outsurance and it’s on ITC, yet no other insurers seem to have this problem.
