False/Confusing advertising

I received an email from Outsurance saying if I successfully refer family or friends I will get R1000 discount off my next premium... I did refer someone and phone for my discount so I was told that that only applies if I refer someone through the Outsurance App I will only get R400 off of my premium, although the email did not say it has to be through the App...

I am very Happy with Outsurance and I really think you guys are the best Insurance company out there whether it is price, service, help, info........Staff are always in a good mood and very helpful and friendly, Outsurance does go the extra mile for the customers as well....ALWAYS

I am just unhappy with the way this was advertised I got very exited thinking I am going to get R1000 off my next premium as I could really do with an extra R1000 right now just to find out I had to refer through the App :(
