False statement

I had accident with Outsurance's client, she skip the robot and the police came on the scene took statement and her client acknowledge on the accident report that she is the one who caused this accident because she skip the robot because she is a nurse come from night shift. I give my insurance my accident report as proof, so I claim my accident, Anna Williams she is not professional how can I admit statement from a client without any proof, she just send a refute letter says it is proof that their client she is not wrong, then I ask her that if your client she is not wrong she must claim to my insurance from the start, and I also ask them to send me the accident report from their client I can't take false statement or verbal information from them he must provide a proof a report because we open a case they refused, the said refute letter is the proof, they taking chance. I think will take this to ombudsman because I have a accident report and case number as a proof. Anna I need accident report from ur client as a proof state that she is not wrong. You can' t send me a refute letter then expect me to admit even me I can create a refute letter. Please be professional before we go ahead.
