False sense of security of advertised roadside assistance

You give a false sense of security of roadside assistance to women. I have on 2 occasions needed roadside assistance and OUTsurance was spectacularly useless. To date I have not received any call back from you, despite logging numerous requests on the app. During the incident today, I was stranded on a deserted road, in the dark and requested Emergency Roadside Assistance on the app - multiple times. After a period of time and no contact from you, I googled emergency nrs and finally got through to a consultant. I was told to send my location through a link sent via sms. When clicking on the link, it gave an error message and instructed me to phone the call centre... again... which I did. By that time I was able to arrange roadside assistance in my private capacity. I had to sit in my car, alone, in the dark, whilst waiting for assistance to arrive. I will not recommend you to any person, especially woman who believe that you offer emergency roadside assistance as this has not been the case at all.
