False R500 promise

I did a claim with outsurance, they premium was R10 000.00 per month more than my current insurer, I then asked for the R500 that they promise when they can not beat your premium. I was then told my wife needs to do a quote because the policy is under her name, which we proceeded to do.

We have been waiting for the R500 the 17th of February and have not received anything or any feedback either.
