False promises
I was called for a quote (referred by a friend), promised my R800 as they could not match my current insurance. Got 2 SMS's with the OTP to use on the email I will receive. Still waiting on the email, however my quote, as well as the service survey came through super quick.........looks like outsurance can't put their money where their mouth is!
