False promises
Im very disappointed about Outsurance, it was the brand I trusted but only to find that they don't practice what they preach. I've been with them since 2018 and paying my premiums without skipping any. This year February 28 I was involved in car accident and they say my car is u economically to repair and they will write it off and settle it and all of a sudden they change and say they won't settle my car and claimed that I gave them incomplete information about the accident. I'm disappointed about Outsurance especially their accessor Kithesh
