False promises

I was called for Car insurance quote as they promised to beat my current employer and it was confirmed on the call that I had qualify for R500. they said they will send me a mail with details to claim the R500 however its been a week and they have not send a mail. I am concern that they are making this promises to attract customers whereas they do not honor their promises. I need the R500 as i gave them my time as they insisted to quote me.
