False Promises!

Waiting for a payment from Outsurance since the 04/08/2020. First there's a problem with my banking details, then their IT Department is sorting out the issue. Many moons later and I'm still waiting for payment! How can banking details be incorrect when my debit order goes off the same account every month. Plus the service received is "fantastic". They always talk about being the "best" but they cannot even assist with a simple payment! They request to retain you as a "Valued Client" when you want to CANCEL your policy, but provide the ****TIEST service! # DISAPPOINTED!!!!!
