False promise to consumers
I sms outsurance via their advert on saving you money. I did a quote and they were not able to save me money. Then they promised to send me an email where I can claim the R 500 because they could not beat my current insure. I’m still waiting to receive this email and this is not for the first time. I get erritated when I see their advert on TV.
