False Marketing/Advertising
I recently requested a quote on my vehicle from Outsurance. They couldn't beat my current premium by a long way but when I tried claiming the R400 fee, they said they will send me a link which never happened. I am still waiting!
Shame on you Outsurance!! I feel cheated.... They will advertise one thing and do something completely different.
