False marketing and false promises.
I recently requested a quote on my vehicle from Outsurance. They couldn't beat my current premium by a long way but when I tried claiming the R800 fee (R400 if they cannot beat your current quote and an additional R400 if you have been claim free for the last three years), I was told that I will only be paid R400. I have met all the criteria and have been claim free for more than 3 years!
I feel cheated and Outsurance have shows me their real colours. They will advertise one thing and do something completely different.
Shame on you Outsurance!!
