False marketing
I made a quotation with you guys for my car unfortunately you failed to beat up mu current insurance premium. You consultant failed to give me my R500 as per your adverti*****t instead she was too much into forcing me to take home content insurance of which I mentioned am not interested. You are not open to clients and acting against CPA
