False Marketing
False advertising!! They advertise so boldly that they will give you R800 if they cant beat your current insurance quote and if you are claim free. They could not beat my current premium and I am claim free. Now they don't want to pay me R800 because its not 36 months that I am claim free, I'm only 28 months claim free. Since I started my insurance to date - I've never been with another insurance company either, so 28 months is my max. They never ever mention anything about you needing to be part of an insurance company more than 36 months. .....but I have been claim free from policy starting date.
