False information given by Outsurance - Claim 1219

After being burgled on 18/01/2015 I lodged a claim for items ****** from my garage. Burglers got access to my property and garage which was not locked. An Outsurance assessor Piet van der Westhuisen was sent out to investigate the claim. The following happened:
1. Piet van der Westhuisen told me to cancel the claim as the door was not locked
2. Said that cancelling the claim would then not reflect on my record which in turn would change my premiums. I then do not have to state this if I were to move to another insurer.
3. I refused to write a letter saying this was a waste of my time.
4. Two days later Mr Vd W brought me a letter to sign, cancelling my claim. I signed this but was not happy to do so. An hour later I asked him to send me a copy of the document which I signed, but he assured me that it was standard practice.
5. His superior phoned me on the Thursday confirming that the claim was cancelled and that this would be brought up at the Friday meeting.
6. He said that mr VDW report says that I admittted to \\NEVER LOCKING\the door - I said this was false.
7. A consultant phoned me today asking me to confirm cancellation AND SAID THAT THIS NOW REFLECTS ON MY PROFILE. \"\"\""
