False arrears being owed to Outsurance - For a policy I no longer have

I had insurance with Outsurance , years ago (18-05-2016) I cancelled the insurance with them. However they still have my account in arrears of R349.00. This is affecting my ability to purchase a house. When I contact them about the matter, they could not explain. can you please remove the false arrears under my name, I do NOT owe Outsurance anything.
