False and Misleading Advertising
I requested a quote for my car insurance online with Outsurance. Shortly after I requested the quote an agent contacted me to provide me with the quote information. I have received a quote for comprehensive insurance which is more than my car instalment. I told the agent that I am not interested and that they failed to beat my current instalment with ABSA Insurance. I requested for Outsurance to pay me the R500 per their adverti*****t for failure to beat my quote.
Outsurance refuses to pay me the R500 as per their adverti*****ts and I am truly disgusted with the false and misleading advertising.
