False and misleading advertising and poor service from Outsurance

I was offered an better quote for my car insurance from Budget better than Outsurance. Outsurance was made aware of this and could not better the quote. They had then offered me the opportunity to fill in a claim bonus according to their policy if they could not better a quote from their competitor. They got back to me to state that my policy was not more than 30 days old so they could not honor their claim bonus. I feel this is very misleading advertising as they should have explained this to me in the first place and not made me go through the entire online claim process. I am very disappointed with this service
