False and misleading advertising

See these adverts on T.V with people driving next to an agent and they got hundreds of rand off their existing car premiums within seconds of calling . This is false and misleading advertising as when I called for a comparative quote , my I.D , Cell no and and mail address was not sufficient to give me a simple quote. They wanted to create a whole profile and me to furnish more personal info just to get a damn quote on my car ! This is against the POPI act and they claim they need it what for their underwriters - what complete ******** ! They should be reported for breach of the consumer protection act, POPI act and ones right to privacy
