False Advestising and Poor Service Delivery

Called for a Quote on my Ford on the 12th of Oct.Long story short they quoted me R2700 with "Discount" Which is out by more than R1900 compared to my current insurer. They offer me R400 for not being able to "beat my Quote" and here am today and still have not received the mail form them to sent my current Policy documents

In total I sent 32min on the phone just to get them to tell me, the same as before "We will send you a mail within 48hrs"

I have since then cancelled my policy I had with them.
