I received a call from an agent called to assists with a quote. since Outsurance could not beat my current insurer, she told me that I will receive an OTP to upload my details and they will pay 500/1500. I waited for about a week but nothing, I called and I went straight to the agent and we double checked my email address and she advised that we will call me back, its been a month now with no call or any communication.
